The Gibson Historic Reissue ES-335 'Sixties Cherry' Ultra Light Aged Electric Guitar is a stunning tribute to the legendary 1961 model, crafted with meticulous attention to detail by the expert artisans at the Gibson Custom Shop. Every aspect of this guitar, from its iconic semi-hollow body to the '61 neck profile, has been faithfully recreated, drawing from original vintage ES-335 models that have been studied, scanned, and listened to. Equipped with Custombucker Alnico 3 pickups, this guitar delivers the coveted PAF tone that made the ES-335 a legend. The Murphy Lab Ultra Light Aged finish treatment gives the guitar the authentic look and feel of a well-loved vintage instrument, enhancing its tonal quality and playability.
Designed for the discerning player who appreciates vintage craftsmanship, the Gibson ES-335 'Sixties Cherry' features a solid maple center block, Indian rosewood fingerboard, and long tenon hide glue neck joint for exceptional sustain and resonance. The Murphy Lab Light Aged hardware and finish give it the vintage feel, while the Kluson tuners and ABR-1 bridge ensure reliable tuning and intonation. Used items have a flat rate shipping fee of $59 within our usual shipping locations. We also offer competitive Express shipping options at checkout.
Customers located in Western Australia, Northern Territory and Far North Queensland recieve free shipping on all accessory orders over $99, but will incur a flat rate instrument or large item shipping charge of $179 (or $299 for Express shipping).
Used instruments fall outside of our usual shipping policy, and shipping to most addresses will be $69 - $99, as shown at checkout.
Occasionally due to issues with delivering to remote or unusual destinations, we aren't able to offer free postage. We reserve the right to retract the offer if freight costs exceed 15% of your purchase. We will always notify you if there is an issue and offer a full refund or arrange alternative delivery options.
All strings and accessories will be shipped with tracking via courier or Australia Post. Other items including guitars and amplification equipment will be shipped using our courier service providers, with a tracking number and signature on delivery.

We endeavour to show the actual instrument in stock whenever possible, but the guitar in stock may differ slightly from the one shown on our website. Materials used can look different from guitar to guitar, including timber grain and colour, parts colours and finishing. If an instrument is a one-of-a-kind or preowned guitar, the picture will always be of the actual guitar in stock, but production models may have slight variations to the picture shown.

Please note that returns will not be accepted for variations in timber grain / colouring, finish variations and parts colouring, unless there is a fault with the instrument.
