Deering Goodtime Zombie Killer III Limited Edition 5-String Banjo

Available at Acoustic Centre Melbourne

The Deering Goodtime Zombie Killer III is a limited edition banjo that combines classic American craftsmanship with a bold, apocalyptic aesthetic. Built in the USA, this unique instrument takes the popular Goodtime platform and gives it a dramatic visual overhaul, complete with blood-splattered finishes, haunting zombie-themed inlays, and battle-worn “apocalyptic rust” hardware. Beneath the striking look is the same dependable Goodtime construction players trust for punchy tone, smooth playability, and reliable performance.

Designed for both clawhammer and bluegrass styles, the Zombie Killer III features a violin-grade maple rim and a matte black banjo head that deliver a powerful, focused tone with plenty of projection. A rock maple neck with a comfortable profile ensures effortless playability, while the distinctive blood-splattered resonator and enhanced zombie inlays give every instrument its own personality. With rugged hardware and Deering’s renowned build quality, this banjo is built to survive any jam session—apocalyptic or otherwise.
