Gretsch G9201 Honeydipper Round Neck Resonator Guitar

The Gretsch G9201 Honey Dipper Round-Neck Resonator is a tribute to the golden age of American roots music, capturing the essence of 1930s blues and folk with modern craftsmanship. Its bell brass body, finished in a weathered Pump House Roof style, delivers a rich, resonant tone that stands out in both solo and ensemble settings, and the hand-spun Gretsch Ampli-Sonic biscuit cone ensures impressive volume and clarity, ideal for slide techniques and fingerpicking alike.

A mahogany neck with a medium V profile and padauk fingerboard keep the guitar comfortable to play, while a 1930s-style Gretsch headstock with aged pearloid face, vintage end-pin strap buttons, Grover Sta-Tite die-cast tuners and a hard maple biscuit bridge with ebony/maple saddle reflect a genuine commitment to period-correct detail. The Honey Dipper offers both authenticity and playability, ideal for players drawn to Delta blues or traditional Americana who want a genuine vintage-style resonator voice.
