The Gretsch G9221 Bobtail Steel Resonator Guitar is a modern tribute to the resonator guitars of the 1930s, offering a blend of vintage aesthetics and contemporary playability. Its all-steel body delivers a bright, metallic tone with excellent projection, making it ideal for genres like blues, bluegrass, and folk. The hand-spun Gretsch Ampli-Sonic™ resonator cone, crafted from 99% pure aluminum, ensures rich tonal clarity and volume. Whether performing acoustically or plugged in via the Fishman® Nashville pickup, the G9221 Bobtail Steel stands out with its distinctive sound and classic design.
