The Taylor Legacy 810e Special Edition revives Bob Taylor’s original square-shoulder dreadnought design with an elegant Heritage Burst finish and premium tonewoods that deliver a timeless acoustic voice. A solid Sitka spruce top provides vibrant dynamic range and exceptional projection, while the Indian rosewood back and sides contribute deep lows, sparkling highs, and balanced overtones. The shorter 24-7/8" scale length adds a more relaxed playing feel, making this Special Edition both powerful and comfortable in equal measure.

This model celebrates Taylor’s 50th anniversary Legacy Collection, crafted under Bob Taylor’s direct guidance and inspired by his earliest American Dream workshop builds. Signature Cindy inlays, an ebony fingerboard, and a non-cutaway dreadnought silhouette emphasize the guitar’s heritage aesthetic, while modern refinements ensure professional performance. Equipped with the LR Baggs Element VTC pickup system, the Legacy 810e Special Edition delivers studio-quality tone onstage and exceptional responsiveness when played acoustically, making it a standout piece for collectors and performers alike.
