The LR Baggs M1 Active Acoustic Guitar Soundhole Pickup is one of the most natural-sounding and feedback-resistant magnetic soundhole pickups available. Unlike conventional magnetic pickups, the M1 Active uses LR Baggs’ patented body-sensitive design, which allows the suspended secondary coil to capture top vibrations and body resonance. The result is a rich, open acoustic tone with greater warmth, detail, and realism than typical magnetic pickups.

The built-in audiophile-grade preamp delivers a strong, full-range signal directly to an acoustic amplifier, PA, or recording interface without requiring an external preamp. With onboard volume control, adjustable pole pieces, and an included pre-wired strapjack harness, the M1 Active offers professional-quality amplified acoustic tone with easy installation and exceptional reliability for both live performance and studio use.
