The Martin MTR13 Tony Rice's Choice Retro Monel Acoustic Guitar Strings are built to deliver a vintage-inspired tone that brings out the natural voice of your guitar. Developed in collaboration with bluegrass guitarist Tony Rice, the set uses a solid nickel/copper alloy wrap wire, known as Monel, for a warm, mellow tone with excellent clarity and sustain.
The medium-light gauge (.013-.056) gives a balanced feel that suits bluegrass and other acoustic styles, while corrosion-resistant construction keeps the strings performing consistently over extended play. Reliable on stage and in the studio, this set is ideal for players who want an expressive playing experience that honours Tony Rice's iconic sound.
