Designed with input from acclaimed Australian artist Diesel, this mini 12-string is built for maximum performance and portability. Featuring an "AA" grade spruce top and solid blackwood back and sides, the EMD-12 offers surprising resonance and projection, while its 12-string configuration provides lush harmonics and a beautifully shimmering top end.
Equipped with Maton’s AP5 PRO pickup system, this mini powerhouse sounds just as stunning plugged in as it does acoustically. The shorter 22.7" scale makes for a more comfortable playing experience, especially on a 12-string neck, while the streaky ebony fingerboard and split bridge contribute to tonal clarity and responsiveness. Topped off with a vintage amber satin finish, gold Grover Rotomatic tuners, and a tortoiseshell pickguard, the EMD-12 is both a visually and sonically striking instrument ideal for performers and songwriters on the move.
