The Katoh MCG20 is a full-size classical guitar built for students and developing players who want a well-balanced instrument with genuine nylon-string tone. A laminated Spruce soundboard pairs with sapele back and sides for a warm, rounded voice, while Spanish fan bracing beneath the top supports the traditional classical tone that responds well to both fingerstyle and rest-stroke technique.
A mahogany neck with rosewood fingerboard and a two-way adjustable truss rod keep the neck comfortable and stable, and the Indian rosewood bridge with bone nut and saddle supports clean intonation and sustain. A natural inlaid wood mosaic rosette and ABS binding and purfling add a neat finishing touch under the high gloss PU finish. Ideal for students and beginners after an affordable, well-built classical guitar with the fundamentals done right.
