Katoh MCG80S Spruce Classical Guitar

Available at Acoustic Centre Melbourne

The Katoh MCG80S pairs a solid spruce top with Indian rosewood back and sides for a powerful, dynamic projection and a warm, resonant tone that suits both practice and performance. Spanish fan bracing and a comfortable mahogany neck deliver optimal playability and tonal balance, making this a genuinely capable classical guitar for students and advancing players alike.

The rosewood fingerboard, natural inlaid wood mosaic rosette and Indian rosewood binding give the MCG80S a traditional, handcrafted classical guitar appearance, while a two-way adjustable truss rod and bone nut and saddle keep the neck stable and intonation accurate. Ideal for players progressing from beginner instruments who want punchy tone and rich resonance at an accessible price, the MCG80S is finished with Katoh's gold tuning machines and strung with Savarez strings.
