The National Estralita Deluxe is a beautifully crafted resonator guitar that combines elegant tonewoods with the unmistakable voice of a National single-cone design. Developed in 2001, this distinctive model pairs walnut back and sides with a striking figured maple top, finished in a rich sunburst and accented by ivoroid binding throughout. The result is an instrument that looks every bit as inspiring as it sounds, blending traditional craftsmanship with the bold, dynamic character that has made National resonators legendary among players worldwide.
Beneath its refined appearance lies a resonator guitar with remarkable versatility. Whether played with a slide, fingerpicked, or strummed aggressively, the Estralita Deluxe delivers a rich, powerful voice with impressive projection, clarity, and sustain. The walnut neck, ebony fingerboard, and premium appointments provide a comfortable and responsive playing experience, while the lightweight construction enhances resonance and articulation. Handcrafted in California and supplied with a National Deluxe hardshell case, the Estralita Deluxe is a premium resonator built for serious musicians and collectors alike.
This 2011-built guitar is in great condition, with some light playwear and subtle patina, and a professionally-installed National Slimline pickup onboard. It's currently set up with a medium action, perfect for a mix of strumming and slide, and has a huge, complex and sweet tone that matxches it's refined aesthetic. Includes original hardshell case.
