The National NRP Steel captures the magic of the original 1930s Nationals with modern precision and craftsmanship. Handcrafted in California, this steel-bodied single-cone resonator delivers the unmistakable tone that defined early blues and roots music, warm, raw and full of character. Its rubbed nickel finish lends a vintage patina, while the flat-cut f-holes and ribbed sieve-hole resonator coverplate add to the authentic pre-war aesthetic.

A Honduran mahogany neck with an ebony fingerboard ensures smooth playability and excellent sustain, while the slotted headstock and National tuners pay tribute to its classic heritage. It's ideal for slide players chasing Delta blues tones or modern musicians after that unmistakable resonator punch, offering depth, projection and tonal richness in a genuinely timeless package.
