AUSTRALIA'S #1 ACOUSTIC GUITAR SPECIALIST
AUSTRALIA'S #1 ACOUSTIC GUITAR SPECIALIST
The National Reso-Phonic Resolectric is a distinctive hybrid instrument that seamlessly bridges the gap between classic resonator character and modern electric guitar versatility. Designed for players who want the unmistakable bite and metallic shimmer of a resonator alongside familiar electric tones, the Resolectric delivers a wide-ranging voice that works equally well on stage, in the studio, or in experimental settings. Its solidbody construction provides excellent feedback resistance, while still retaining the lively, percussive response that defines National’s resonator heritage.
At the heart of the Resolectric is a sophisticated dual-pickup system that blends magnetic and piezo technologies for exceptional tonal control. A Lollar magnetic pickup captures warm, articulate electric guitar tones, while a piezo system mounted at the bridge delivers authentic resonator bite and clarity. Independent volume controls, combined with a pickup selector and master output, allow players to dial in anything from pure electric warmth to cutting resonator snap, or any blend in between. Premium tonewoods, refined appointments, and National’s renowned build quality make this a truly unique instrument for players seeking something beyond the ordinary.
This 2014-built guitar is in fantastic condition, with minor playwear and some great patina to the hardware and cover. It has a perfect medium action suited to standard and slide styles, and a raw, bluesy voice that just begs to be overdriven! Includes original hardshell case.
