The Furch Red Master’s Choice Gc-TR is the most ambitious and fully appointed instrument in the Red Series - the pinnacle of Furch’s production acoustic guitar making, combining AAA-grade tonewoods, the most advanced voicing processes, the finest appointment materials, and the most sophisticated electronics Furch offers in a Grand Auditorium cutaway of extraordinary tonal authority and visual distinction. The individually voiced AAA-grade torrefied Sitka spruce top and AAA-grade Indian rosewood back soundboard represent the highest material grade Furch selects across their entire production range - each surface fine-tuned independently through Furch’s proprietary voicing process to deliver exceptional balance, responsiveness, projection, and tonal complexity with clear trebles, rich midrange, deep controlled bass, excellent note separation, and generous dynamic headroom.

The appointment package elevates the Red Master’s Choice well above any other Furch in production - figured ziricote fingerboard and bridge, figured ziricote headstock overlay with abalone leaves inlay, Hawaiian koa binding with white contrast line on body, fingerboard, and headstock, koa Bevel Duo with contrasting lines at forearm and rib, abalone purfling with black and white contrast line, premium koa and abalone rosette, koa wedge tail decoration, ebony bridge pins with pearl eye, and white pearl Roman numeral fingerboard inlays with Master’s Choice designation at the 19th fret. Gotoh 510 Silver Patina machine heads at 1:21 gear ratio with polished ebony buttons and full-pore high-gloss finish on both top and back and sides complete a visual specification of unmistakable luxury. The LR Baggs HiFi Duet - combining dual bridge-plate sensors with the Silo internal microphone in an advanced crossover blending system - provides the most natural, detailed, and dynamically responsive acoustic-electric performance Furch installs on any instrument. CNR System Active neck joint, Booster Soundport, and Furch T-Line hardshell case complete the package.
