The Regal RD-52 Squareneck Black Lightning Resonator Guitar delivers vintage-inspired tone and stunning aesthetics at an unbeatable value. With its classic California-style body, all-mahogany construction, and translucent black high-gloss finish, this guitar offers the soulful sound and look of traditional 1930s resonators. The square neck design, combined with a 12th fret neck joint and rock maple trapezoid ported soundwell, delivers rich, authentic tone with superb sustain and clarity.

At the heart of the RD-52 is a deluxe USA-made spun aluminum cone and Golden Gate’s patented spider bridge, which resonate with crisp definition and warmth. From the elegant Black Lightning inlay on the headstock to the vintage-style open-back tuners with butterbean buttons, every detail reflects a commitment to craftsmanship and tone. Designed with the working musician in mind, this resonator is equally suited for bluegrass, slide, or traditional folk playing styles.
