Combining vintage tradition with modern luthier craftsmanship, this Santa Cruz OM Custom is a standout interpretation of the classic Orchestra Model. It features a stunning Bubinga back and sides paired with a Sitka spruce top, delivering a clear, articulate voice with strong projection and excellent balance across the tonal spectrum. Braced with Adirondack spruce using hot hide glue, the guitar offers added warmth, response, and dynamic range—perfect for both light fingerstyle and aggressive flatpicking.
Aesthetically, this OM is a visual delight, with custom Bubinga headstock overlay, Bubinga wood body binding, and black binding on the fingerboard and peghead. The Diamonds & Squares Short Pattern inlay adds vintage flair, while the ivoroid rosette, Gotoh 510 chrome tuners, and bone bridge and end pins complete the boutique build.
