The Santa Cruz Tony Rice Signature Model reflects more than three decades of collaboration between Richard Hoover and one of the most influential flatpickers in history. Designed to match the clarity, responsiveness and articulation required for Tony's legendary lead work, this guitar delivers focused power with exceptional note separation, carrying the lineage of Clarence White's punchy rhythm and Tony's jazz-infused phrasing into a contemporary take on the classic dreadnought sound.

Crafted with Indian rosewood and Sitka spruce, the TR Model balances shimmering highs, a warm yet controlled low end, and a strong midrange ideal for rapid single-note runs. Scalloped bracing enhances projection and dynamic sensitivity, while the traditional V-neck carve and premium appointments suit advanced players and dedicated flatpickers. This 2016-built example is in excellent condition, with only minor pick scratches to the pickguard and a few very light lacquer-level dings on the body, and comes with its original hardshell case.
