Gold plating is an elegant and desirable finish for instruments and accessories. But while gold is undeniably beautiful, it is not at all durable; it will wear off far too easily and quickly. And it is famously expensive. But now we have researched a high-tech finishing technique that utilizes titanium to produce a capo that has all the beauty of real gold, but is as durable as any metal finish you will ever find. These capos will shine like gold for many, many years.

Unfortunately this capo did not fit my Eastman E20P very well which has quite a chunky thick neck as well as being quite wide, which is why I opted for the 12 string capo which fits wider necks. But it was the chunky thickness of the neck that was the problem for this capo, which I could get on, but the amount of pressure required to close it, even with the adjustable screw fully unwound, was not healthy for my neck or the strings. I see that Shubb do make a capo for chunky necks. I see shubb make a model for these sort of necks..the S3V but I can not seem to find it for sale anywhere in Australia
great to deal with ..thanks guys ..
Looks wonderful, easy to attach and adjust, doesn't get in the way, perfect for my 12 string.
