The Yamaha SLG200NW Silent Guitar delivers the traditional feel of a classical guitar in an ultra-modern, travel-ready design. A full-width nut and flat fingerboard give classical guitarists an authentic playing experience, while the bodiless construction and Yamaha's SRT Powered pickup system produce natural acoustic tones through headphones or line-out, well suited to private practice, travel, or stage use.
A detachable top frame and lightweight mahogany body allow for compact storage and transport, and onboard effects including reverb, chorus, and delay add studio-quality depth wherever the guitar is played. The SRT system is modelled after the tones of a premium Yamaha nylon-string guitar, capturing realistic body resonance that can be blended with the piezo pickup, and with its rosewood and maple frame and rosewood fingerboard, the SLG200NW is ideal for players who need rich tone and quiet operation at home late at night or on stage with a full band.
