Victorian luthier David Worthy has been building exceptional instruments to order for decades, and Acoustic Centre is proud to carry his guitars. The Talisman is his small-body model, similar in outline to a scaled-down jumbo, and it produces a deep, resonant voice that particularly suits fingerpicking and open tunings. It's a genuinely characterful instrument built by a master craftsman working right in Victoria.

The Talisman pairs a gorgeous Engelmann spruce soundboard with gloriously figured ebony back and sides, a mahogany neck, a Mallee Burl rosette and a pitch-black ebony fretboard and bridge. Hand-scalloped and tuned braces, a carbon fibre ultra-lightweight reinforced neck, laminated tail blocks and Gotoh 510 tuning machines round out a specification built for tone and long-term stability, making it ideal for fingerstyle players chasing a genuinely one-of-a-kind handcrafted guitar.
