Built as a NAMM-exclusive showpiece, this Taylor Custom GA blends premium tonewoods, exclusive appointments, and eye-catching visual flair. With Tasmanian Blackwood back and sides and a matching Blackwood top, this Grand Auditorium delivers a full, punchy voice with excellent projection and sweet midrange warmth. Taylor’s V-Class bracing enhances volume, sustain, and intonation, while the neo-tropical mahogany neck offers smooth, effortless playability across the ebony fretboard.
Aesthetically, the guitar is finished in a Custom Charcoal Black stain with black hardware for a sleek, modern look. Figured Hawaiian koa is used for the heel cap, soundhole, and rosette, adding a touch of natural elegance. Ebony bridge pins, tuner buttons, and a koa peghead logo complete this stunning build. Outfitted with Taylor’s ES2 pickup system, this Custom GA is ready for any stage, studio, or collection.
1 of only 15 guitars built (and the only one imported into Australia), this 2019-built guitar is in incredible condition, with almost zero playwear and only a small spot on the top where the top has shined up from playing - otherwise it could almost pass as a new guitar! The tone is warm, round and rich, with a smokier take on the classic Taylor tone. Playability is second-to-none, as you'd expect from such a higly-specced Custom Taylor, and the build quality and details throughout are superb. One of the greatest and rarest Taylor guitars to pass through our doors! Includes original Custom Catch case and all oroginal case candy.
