The Cole Clark TL2EC-BLBL Thinline Blackwood / Blackwood Acoustic Electric Guitar is a gig-ready instrument that combines impressive craftsmanship with sustainably sourced Australian timbers. This Thinline model offers a balanced sound, excellent projection, and exceptional playability.
Constructed in Australia, the guitar features solid AA grade Australian Blackwood for both the back and sides, creating a visually stunning instrument. The top is internally carved and made from sustainably sourced timber. The Thinline Grand Auditorium body shape strikes a perfect balance between comfort and sound projection, making it suitable for extended playing sessions.
Equipped with a Cole Clark 3-way pickup system, this guitar delivers a natural amplified tone that is perfect for live performances. The pickup system allows for precise tonal control, ensuring your sound translates accurately in various settings. The cutaway design provides easy access to the upper frets, expanding your playing possibilities.
The TL2EC-BLBL is finished with a nitrocellulose natural satin finish, allowing the high-quality timbers to resonate freely. The neck is crafted from Queensland Maple, offering stability and a comfortable playing experience. The fretboard is made of She Oak and features Abalone Snowflake inlays, adding a touch of elegance to the instrument's appearance.
The guitar is equipped with Grover machine heads for reliable tuning stability. The nut and saddle are made of Graph Tech Tusq, enhancing string resonance and sustain. The instrument comes fitted with Elixir Nanoweb Phosphor Bronze strings in a 12-53 gauge.
Specifications of the TL2EC-BLBL include a nut width of 44mm, a radius of 12", and a scale length of 25.5". It comes with a high-quality Cole Clark hard case in a Tweed finish, ensuring secure storage and transportation. A pickguard is also included in the case.

Occasionally due to issues with delivering to remote or unusual destinations, we aren't able to offer free postage. We reserve the right to retract the offer if freight costs exceed 15% of your purchase. We will always notify you if there is an issue and offer a full refund or arrange alternative delivery options.
All strings and accessories will be shipped with tracking via courier or Australia Post. Other items including guitars and amplification equipment will be shipped using our courier service providers, with a tracking number and signature on delivery.

We endeavour to show the actual instrument in stock whenever possible, but the guitar in stock may differ slightly from the one shown on our website. Materials used can look different from guitar to guitar, including timber grain and colour, parts colours and finishing. If an instrument is a one-of-a-kind or preowned guitar, the picture will always be of the actual guitar in stock, but production models may have slight variations to the picture shown.

The Cole Clark TL2EC Thinline is a beautifully made guitar, with a big sound range from bass through to trebles courtesy of the locally sourced Blackwood timber construction and then you plug-in for an even bigger and better sound again. It is a joy to play and has become my go to guitar, whether jamming with friends or at home on the couch. You will love the beautiful tones you can generate with this instrument, either acoustically or through an amp and the thinline light construction is very comfortable to hold when playing. Thanks to the Acoustic Centre for introducing me to this outstanding Australian made guitar.
