The help and service was really good. The guitar also for the price is very hard to beat. Thanks Ryan and Acoustic Centre for a pleasant buying experience.
I bought this guitar after seeing rave reviews on Bluegrass YoutTube videos. I'll be honest and find buying new guitars a bit of a trial, especially when I buy online. Dealing with the Acoustic Centre team was an absolute delight, they had plenty of time to answer my questions and even made sure I got a gig bag (not included int he sale price description Now, to the guitar stuff. Nearly every guitar I have bought required some kind of setup to get the best out of them. I was so surprised to find this guitar playing perfectly 'out of the box'. Keep that truss rod in the bag! The Alvarez masterworks are amazing value and I reccomend this guitar to anyone who is looking at a Martin D18 but don't want to mortgage their house to buy a guitar.
