The Boucher Studio Goose SG-51 is a premium OM hybrid acoustic guitar from one of Canada's most respected independent luthiers, crafted to meet the demands of both live performance and professional studio recording. Each AAAA grade Adirondack red spruce soundboard is personally selected by Robin Boucher, ensuring the tonal qualities needed to deliver genuinely high-end acoustic performance. Paired with East Indian rosewood back and sides and braced with forward-shifted, hand-scalloped Adirondack spruce X-bracing, the SG-51 delivers a rich, complex, and beautifully balanced acoustic voice with the clarity, projection, and dynamic sensitivity that professional players demand.

Herringbone rosette, purfling, and end graft, maple binding and backstrip, a solid ebony fingerboard and bridge, ebony headplate with mother-of-pearl Boucher logo, and a TUSQ nut with bone saddle reflect a level of material selection and attention to detail consistent with a serious professional instrument.

This 2019-built guitar is in wonderful condition, with minimal playwear, medium-low action and a tremendously open and balanced tone. The SG-51 is ideal for demanding guitarists who need a versatile, tonally exceptional acoustic that performs equally at home on stage and in the studio. Includes original hardshell case.
