The Cole Clark FL2E is an early example of one of Australia's most respected acoustic guitar brands, built on the brand's signature Fat Lady body shape that delivers a big, warm, and powerfully resonant tone in a genuinely comfortable playing format. This 2003 example pairs a spruce top with Queensland maple back and sides, a tonewood combination that produces a bright, articulate voice with excellent sustain and a clarity that suits both strumming and fingerstyle playing equally well. Presented in immaculate, almost new-old-stock condition, this is a rare opportunity to own an early Cole Clark in exceptional original condition.
This 2003-built guitar is in incredible condition - it's been played no more than a handful of times and could almost pass as NOS! Cole Clark's reputation was built on using premium Australian tonewoods and pairing them with genuinely effective onboard electronics, and this FL2E reflects that founding philosophy in its purest early form.
