AUSTRALIA'S #1 ACOUSTIC GUITAR SPECIALIST
AUSTRALIA'S #1 ACOUSTIC GUITAR SPECIALIST
The Gibson Custom SJ-200 stands as a true icon among acoustic guitars, revered as the “King of the Flat-Tops” since its debut in 1937. This custom-ordered edition takes the SJ-200’s legendary design to new heights, featuring AAAAA-grade flamed maple back and sides (hand-selected by the Acoustic Centre team) paired with a Sitka spruce top. The result is a bold, room-filling tone with rich lows, sparkling highs, and powerful projection—ideal for singer-songwriters, strummers, and performers who demand both visual and tonal excellence.
A carved four-bar Moustache bridge, engraved tortoiseshell pickguard, and mother-of-pearl crown inlays on the fretboard and headstock highlight the meticulous attention to detail found throughout. The round neck profile and long scale length offer superb playability and sustain, while gold Grover tuners ensure smooth, stable tuning. Whether on stage or in the studio, the SJ-200 delivers unmatched resonance, clarity, and presence.
